COUNTERSENSE is a choreographic, physical, and visual dark comedy. It confronts us—through a sensory journey—with our very existence, exploring the borderlands between life and death within an imaginary society where mechanisation drains the spirit to the point of extinction. This piece acts as a revealer of solitude, of estrangement from oneself and from Others. How can one remain true to oneself and exist in society with the omnipresence of technology? How can we resist the artificial? Nominated as "better piece" at Catania Fringe by Soho PlayHouse in New York and Summerhall Arts in Edinburgh Fringe.
